CDI-SHEBA Digital Health Conference 2019 brings together Israeli and US thought-leaders from across the digital health ecosystem to connect, network and learn about the most innovative platforms & integrated solutions currently addressing our common challenges. The Challenge Competition is open to digital health startups which can offer innovative, technologically advanced and scalable products and services.

The purpose of our competition is to give you the opportunity to present your company in front of a highly relevant audience, to gain visibility and meet with potential strategic business partners. And certainly, to win a few prizes…

 

This year we have two tracks, each with a different focus:

  1. Allscripts Challenge – focusing on integrated solutions for Acute/Ambulatory Care organizations.
  2. Medison Ventures Challenge – focusing on digital health solutions for biopharma companies

 

PLEASE NOTE: You can apply for only one track. 

Teams will be judged on their identification of a problem, their solution to that problem and the innovativeness and feasibility of that solution.   

Finalists will pitch for five (5) minutes in front of our guests from the US as well as the participants of the conference.

The winners will be announced at the end of the conference.

Track 1 – Acute/Ambulatory Care

About Allscripts

Allscripts is a leader in Health IT technology solutions that advance clinical, financial and operational results.


Business Scenario:  Any company with a solution that could demonstrate clinical, financial, or operational outcomes for our provider organizations

Award: The winner of the Allscripts Challenge will receive customized marketing opportunities, curated by the Allscripts Developer Program (ADP) team, to get in front of Allscripts clients through e-introductions, invitations to in-person events, and more. The winning organization should be prepared to enter into a partnership arrangement with Allscripts.

Judging Criteria: Problem identification; Solution presented; Market analysis; Go-To-Market Strategy;

Eligibility: All companies attending the CDI-Sheba Digital Health conference are welcome to apply. However, preference will be given to CDI members.

Track 2 – Digital Biopharma

About Medison Ventures

Medison Ventures is the corporate venture arm of Medison, Israel’s second largest pharma company and the leading commercial partner for global companies such as Amgen®, Biogen®, Vertex®, Ipsen® and many more. Medison ventures is focused on in-licensing, investments and scouting of innovative therapeutics and digital health solutions, which hold the potential to make a real positive difference in patients’ lives and create value for Medison and its global biotech and pharma partners. 


Areas of interest: patient/physician engagement, marketing, medication adherence, home treatment, digital therapeutics, digital diagnostics, clinical trial management;

Award: The winning company will join Medison’s scouting program for one year. Companies will gain access to Medison’s broad network of pharma partners and will be introduced to relevant digital and commercial functions. In addition, Medison will provide the winning company periodic commercial strategy consultation by experts from Medison and its network.

Judging Criteria: Fit to Modality and/or therapeutic area of focus; Sound business model; Innovativeness; Team; Significance (unmet need); Commercial launch plan;
